• CACST is a Community Action Agency which caters to low-income families. Applicants are considered based on various guidelines pertaining to annual income, disabilites or disadvantages, family crisis, and migrant status. What are CACST's hours of operation?

• Most offices are open during regular business hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Exceptions to this standard are the 24-hour clinic in Zapata, certain Adult Day Care Centers and certain Head Start Centers, which have extended hours for working parents. Also, the Meals on Wheels program offers meal delivery for weekends and holidays, effectively every day of the year.
